I would like to fish some tourneys but dont have a partner. Can i fish being just me in the boat or dod i need a team member. I would like to go solo my first couple to geta feel for it. Plus if somthing goes bad with the boat i hate to have to ruin someone elses day

JasonBo,
Check out the BLT program at www.budlighttrail.com
You can choose from Solo or Team Divisions this fall. More than likely there will be a division near your home or on lakes you like to fish.

You can also add a partner later if you choose to fish a team trail. Good luck with your search. There are a lot of solid trails to choose from in Texas.

FYI,
BLT staff

If you're new to it join a little local club near you. They will probabily let you go solo or fish one of the local working mans tournaments that happen during the week at a nearby lake. Usually low entry fee and you get some experience fishing Tournaments.
