Im looking for some help from fellow fishermen. The Recovery Resource Council of Fort Worth for children that are abused,neglected, and homeless was robbed. Their camping and fishing supplies were stolen. They have a scheduled camp starting monday 8-9-10. Any and all help will be appreciated. They need rods,reels,and tackle for 24 kids ages 6-12. Thanks for helping this cause.Last year at the TTBC event at Conroe we did a event for the C.A.S.T for Kids Foundation.
This event was with Burned children, the event was awesome seeing these kids, most for the first time ever to fish
was very touching ,a day they will remember forever and a day
the anglers that helped will also never forget.

you can read about this online at star-telegram.com under the local news tab. 7k worth of coolers, grills camping equipment and many other items. They really need some help to get this set up by monday.

I am not sure how green ones would work, but I have access to two places that have all the cane you would need for all the cane poles you want. One place down here at Cedar Creek and the other up between Waxahachie and Ennis. Let me know if you would like some. I could get the machete's (sp?) out and hack some down this weekend if I need to. I am working nights down here at CC until Friday morning or I would do it sooner. Let me know.
