Guys I think it would seriously be calling the county on this one. I don't think the government is liable for anything. I ran into a massive pot hole in San Antonio a while back that trashed my front end. I filed a formal complaint and got back a bunch of legal mumbo jumbo basically citing law that holds the government faultless for damage incurred by faulty roads.

The county pointed eveyrone in the right direction. Also it wasn't a faulty road that caused the damages. It was faulty work by a construction company that caused damage to people's property.

I sent the same advised e-mail and phone call. Several days later I got a call from their (Brannons) insurance company who took a recorded account of the day's events. I was supposed to hear something in a few weeks from the adjuster. Since I hadn't heard from him, I followed up with a phone call where I was told "the paving company was found not to be at fault by the state and that all of their claims (and she said there were a bunch) were denied." She showed $0s by all of them... Is this true? Please PM me or reply if you have any info that might help.

got my denial letter a few weeks ago. turned it over to my insurance company. they're going after Brannan's and their insurance company. I encourage you to contact the Texas State Rep that covers Breckenridge and Victoria, to let them hear your story and subsequent outcome of your situation. Texas State Reps Then contact the Better Business Bureau in Victoria to file a report on Brannans Paving Co. Victoria BBB

Sorry to hear about all the denials. As I stated earlier, I just wanted my boat fixed that why I contacted my insurance. I was told by my insurance that they were denied by Brennan's insurance as well. Classic Fiberglass did me right and I am happy with the outcome.

If you need a place to get your fiberglass repaired from this particular situation or from any other, please contact Sun Valley Fiberglass. They've recently moved to Joshua from Spinks Airport. I've used them for a couple of different jobs. Both major and minor repairs. Trust me...this one was Major! They did an awesome job and REALLY went out of their way to help my insurance adjuster "understand" the work that needed to be done. Mr. Boyd will fix you up for sure. Plus he's already familiar with this entire situation. http://www.svalley.org/I'm also going to use Line-X of Fort Worth to line-x my entire trailer. No more rock chips!

Try the state board of insurance. Make a complaint. If enough people do it the Insurance company will GO CRAZY!!! Not sure of the Phone number but I would complain. The insurance company MUST respond to every complaint. Each complaint gives them a BLACK EYE and maybe you guys can force them to give up some $$$$$ !!! Worth a try!!!
