I am heading to lake fork for the weekend. I take this trip every year with my parents on this particular weekend. We've never really been able to get into the crappie and I begging for just a little help here. Will any of you fine fisherman be willing to just point me in the right direction to where I can my parents and myself on some good fishing?? Any helps or tips would be greatly appreciated.

timber in 20' to 25'of water. they are scattered so be ready to move around from tree to tree. Also any brush piles you can find. minnows or jigs color to use chartruse and white, black and chartruse, cinnimon and blue, and always elec. chicken. I also fish the 515 bridges, but for the last few weeks timber and brush piles have produced better fish. hope this helps.

I second the timber. We caught some in the timber but the bridge did not produce any crappie. We also did much better before dark than after dark under lights. Good luck to you
