 RC Heating up!

Made and evening run yesterday and a morning run today with MUCH success on both trips!  Plenty of fish on top and slabbing just about any where you want to go!  Seems like things are finally heating up!  Surfacing action almost continuous at several places: old 287 roadbed, pelican island, hickey island, 309 flats, ferguson point back toward the lighthouse, fisherman's point, and windsock point! When one would play out we'd just move to another! All fish caught on slabs, tailhummers, and chugbugs! Fun, Fun, Fun!

oh, the pain....and I want to fish tomorrow. guess I will hit RC one morning next week. Cannot stand it, it has been over month since I have been there.

Hal, Fathers Day haven indeed! And really not much boat traffic or huge numbers of fisherfolk! We fished by ourselves or with only a couple of boats, except on the 309 flats! Guess that's the most common place that people know! Bob, We'll probably see you there next week! Thought we did yesterday morning, but got a closer look and it wasn't!  Steve, ya' gotta go soon! The BEST thing to me about Richland Chambers is the limited number of pleasure boaters!!! ,,, and plenty of fish!

If it's not a stormin I'm a headed on down early am tomorrow. Been way too long since I've fished an especially there. Wind will not be a factor tomorrow on the lake. Less than 10 mph. Of course this is Texas.
