Morning bite was kinda slow. Picked up a few trolling early. At 9:15 I was by the little island north of the Tribute golf course and found some sporadic surface feeding going on. Caught about two dozen in 45 minutes and they were pretty decent fish. After that, I caught 4 more on top at the west end of the dam. Of course, after I loaded up the boat, as I was driving out of the park I could see fish working about halfway between the main lake park ramp and twin trees.

By the way, the new building is finished and my business is moved in, so maybe I can get back to a little more fishing although now I have dove season to compete for the time also.

Sounds like you had a pretty good morning. I'm going out in the morning. then comes dove season!!!! I can't wait!!!
