Got a tournament going on at Sandlin Friday night. Haven't been down there since April. How is the grass doing? Any on the dam point? Any hot spots anyone is willing to share?

id fish all the dam points with a dam crankbait or dam jig in 19-25 ft of dam water. make sure your crankbait stays in contact with the dam rocks and rip it out of the dam grass when you get caught. thats the only way ive been able to catch any dam fish out there....

damn,

haven't been out there for a couple weeks, but pulled some checks with typical summer patterns. The grass is strong in a lot of places, as well. thumb

What kind of crank are you throwing that maintains contact with the bottom in 19-25ft?
