I am looking to buy some (5) 14" alunimum trailer wheels. Need the best place and best price.

I put aluminum wheels on my trailer (4+spare) last year. I searched online, looked at several places here in the DFW area and found the best wheels and best price at Discount Tire. Sorry but I don't remember exactly what I paid, somewhere around 90 apiece. Discount doesn't have a huge selection, but they are nice looking wheels and the only ones I found that the center hub snaps in from the front. Most trailer wheels you find have a center hub that goes in from the back side.
You don't want to have to remove the tire/wheel to grease/check the wheel bearings.

Were these 14" rims? Were they trailer rims? The discount tire in Abilene only has 15" rims and the are not trailer rims.

Mine are 15, but the same manufacturer may offer the same wheel in 14, or Discount could have others. They are trailer wheels. They weren't in stock because they don't sell that many, but it only took 2-3 days to get them. They also came with the wheel locks. Here they are:
