went down to a creek that runs through a friend of mines ranch 7/17/10 and stayed till about 5:00 in the morning. most of the channels we got were caught on hotdogs. and a couple on nightcrawlers. only had 2 blues but it was alot of fun.

next time, try some dead red spray (from team catfish) on the hot dogs.
or try to put some vinegar in a bowl mixed w/ garlic salt and dip the hotdogs in there and let them sit for a couple mins then put the hotdogs in a ziploc bag.

Very nice stringer of cats. They will make a real good fry with some uncle bucks.

Looks like they did ok with out all that. true, but all the stuff i told him to do will get him more bites, and i have tested all the methods and used just plain hotdogs.

make some stink bait and soak the dogs in that...worked for me better than just regular hot dogs growing up.
