I have a 50/200kHz transducer laying around, and am wanting to put my old x125 up on the bow. Will I have any issues with this combo? I understand that transducer is made for deeper water?

I went to Southwest Parts and service and got a PDT-WBL trolling motor mount transducer for around $60 for mine.
