 PLZ HELP need your opinion on this boat.

ok, i went 2 hrs ago to look at this boat, and im going to take a test ride tonight at 7pm, but i was just wondering what yall think of it. http://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/boa/1847858752.htmlit only holds 3 people or 350lbs but he says it will hold like 100 lbs more cuz the motor is prettty light, im only 20 years old and im just looking for a starting-out fishing boat.

ive always been told to take it to ranger or local boat place have the motor an boat looked aver for about 200 dolalrs

It's a little hard to tell much from those pictures. One thing he did not mention is whether he has clear titles for Boat, Motor and Trailer. That is the first thing I would find out. If he doesn't or he gives you some kind of story, no money changes hands until he signs the titles and they are in your possesion. THAT IS A MUST!
I think he is about $800 too high. If he has clear titles, and the boat and motor perform good, then I'd offer $2100.00 If he says no, I would walk away and let him stew a little.
Be sure and check the transom. It must be solid, Check floors for soft spots. Try out all the accessories: bilge pump, aerators, lights, etc. How old are the batteries, how many. 1 for starting, 2 for trolling motor. Does it have a on board bank charger?
Take your time. Don't get in a hurry, don't be afraid to ask questions.
There are a lot of boats for sale. Look around.

Jhammer is right check for soft spots in the hull and deck,they could be $$$$ problems!!

Anyways I just tested it and it rode ok and everything worked.
