Can't get a good look at it because she's not stretching her arm out so far that her hand looks like it belongs to Andre the Giant. Very nice fish though.

No it was not eaten. It was a lake record in LA. It was the 2nd largest bass caught in LA. It was also caught in a kayak by this lady.

This post and picture went around and around on the TFF a few months ago.

I believe is was just under 16lbs.
