Anyone doing any good at Grapevine? I have been fishing Murrell Park from the bank and havent had any luck. What am I doing wrong or where else should I try?

Lake grapevine is my local lake but its hard to fish... try going up into the creek caught a lot of channel and a few blues where the water goes from deep to shallow back to deep right before all the rain.

GV has been slow lately .. at least for me... I got skunked on cats yesterday which very rarely happens... I think I remember getting skunked 1 time before that.

I cant seem to find the cats right now... the water temp up north was around 90 degrees so perhaps they have moved down to cooler water. However last year at this time the water was much lower and they were still biting in the shallows.

I have been having a hard time at a grapevine as well. Used to catch them pretty easy on punch bait under a slip cork in the cove just to the left of the party beach. But I haven't been doing very well lately.
