I currently own 2 cumaras. I use them for worming and jigging, and was wondering how much more sensitive a loomis is. Pretty much wanted to know if I'm missing out. Anyone have or used both? If so, opinions would he appreciated. Thanks

I have owned both and don't think you need to switch. There are some models that aren't covered by the cumara but other than that for what you are using, you are fine. The only model i miss from Loomis GLX is the MBR842.

I'm glad to hear that. Now maybe I can concentrate on a cranking rig. I just wanted to make sure my plastics rod wasn't lacking.

Those rods are good enough but,of course, are not as nice as as a G.Loomis MBR 783c GLX.

Cumara. Also, it's OTC warranty can't be beat. With Loomis, you have to send it back with $50 or so.
