Used Curados for around or a little under $100 are pretty common.

i like the citica and rick clunn model reels. stay away from daiwa

I have had good luck with the BPS Extremes. You can usually find them on sale for $59. I have also heard good things on the BPS Pro Qualifier, which goes for $99, but you can sometimes find them on sale for $79.

I looked up the Citica on Shimano's site and looked at the lines it is rated for. Didn't see anything about it being rated for braided line. Can you use braided on the Citica? I want one of these and use only braided on my bait casters. Thanks!

pro qualifier sucks, gotta go with shimano something Can't speak of the Pro Qualifier's because I haven't owned one... but I have owned two of the Extreme's and they do not suck. I own some Shimano Curado's but still use the Extremes that I purchased six years ago when I first started out that are still in use.
