therev Outdoorsman T Joined: Mar 2009 Posts: 43	Shimano is the only way to go, if your willing to get a used reel. For 150 bucks you can get a used curado and or chronarch if diligent in your search. Check this forum and Ebay, Craigslist and liquidation at online sites.

I have been fishing for a little over a year now. Performance is about on par with the older Curado B model. Methinks that this is the perfect reel for a St.Croix Mojo Bass rod!
