We're looking to retire to a waterfront home on Cedar Creek. What do you think the ideal location would be to be closest to best hybrid spots or do they change throughout the year?
Is there a good lake map online that would show depths?

Not sure of a good map online....but if you come down here and want to fish and look, Billy Seaman, Ernest Paty or myself could show you around.

Yes, hybrids move all the time and there are different patterns, no one location where you can always go get them, sadly..LOL

I deal location....well, that depends on what you want and how much money you want to spend. Lots of developments over there. Contact Johnson Monroe realty, or the Coldwell Banker, or McAtee realty.

Mo Bass,

Homes on Cedar Creek Lake is My Business and I can find you a home in an area of the lake where most hot spots are accessable any time of the year. Then one of these great guides can help you hone in on them anytime of the year. Click on my profile and e-mail me. I would be glad to help!!!!!

I might add that an on the water tour would be good to see where things are and what is what.
IF you want to do a guided fishing trip, myself, Billy Seaman or Ernest Paty could do it.

Billy I want to contact you in the next month or so and book a day for me and one of my friends here on Cedar Creek. Sometime in September sounds about right. I'll give you a call. We enjoy all your reports. This really is a great lake.

Mo Bass,

I used McAtee for our lake home, but I'm sure Excite is just as good , especially if a TFFer knows the fishing spots and works for them.

Since I am a weekender, as we are called, I chose the southern area of the lake simply for access quickly from HWY 175 to our place.

Be sure to give Bridgepointe a look. You won't be disappointed. Only a short boat ride to all the good fishing holes.

Would be happy to show you around our area of the lake.

Karry

Judy is the owner/broker at Excite. She's great to deal with. Helped me find the place I'm in now, (in a round about way) and didn't make a dime. We paid her back when we bought some additional property and used her as our agent.

Jerry- Tell Judy that Alyce and Steve Pine say hello.
