Check with Texas Machine Works in Grand Prairie, gotta fresh '93 ready to go, can do a powerhead swap for less than a rebuild and have you back on the water quick.

Have a 2.5 Mariner Magnum EFI that rod went through the block getting both halfs. Best I have found so far is 2,000.00 for a long block. A guy on Scream and Fly had 2 good carb motors for 3,000.00 but I was too late. I have rebuilt several of these motors for 2200-4400.00 just depends on what they need. The unexpected accessories can add up. Just remember you need to find and fix what caused the power-head failure.

I have a 2.5 Merc EFI long block. Rods, pistons, crank, block, heads, exhaust, reeds ready to bolt on. Take 1600 shipped to your door. Has about 20 hours since major rebuild. Basically called a "drop on"
