Late last month, in a moment of weakness, I ordered that 4pc 2wt kit from Hook&Hackle. It was on sale! If need be, please reference that "I need another fly rod..." thread.
Then I got two confirmation emails. A few days later I emailed, jokingly asking if I got a two-for-one special.
Ends up, pay-buddies double posted the order for two weeks in the future. The H&H guys didn't even know about it. For my slight inconvenience (I figured it was just backordered,) they included a tee-shirt.
Hats off to Ron and Eric.

Dale, they are on there. I had Robin put them on there immediately when he started the thread.
If any of y'all have questions about any Hook & Hackle tying materials, don't hesitate to ask me. Just shoot me an email. I use a BUNCH of their stuff.
And...yes...their customer service is excellent. I've been purchasing from H&H for many years - since before Ron bought the company. They are top shelf!

Ken: Sorry about that. My bad. I was thinking wrong after growing up in Kilgore I was thinking H&H was a company from somewhere around Tyler that made spinner baits in the 60's or 70's. I bought a Regal vise and much other stuff from Hook and Hackle back in the early 90's...they had this habit of not screwing up any of my orders in any way.

It's a peculiar habit in today's business climate to be sure - to actually send folks what they pay for, always ship back-orders without further inquiries from the customer, never charge extra for shipping on split orders, take full responsibility and toss in "extras" any time there is even a perception of an error, and constantly strive to have the best products for the price.

A while back they had a closeout on Mustad hooks. A few of my selections were out of stock. That should have been it. Closeout - we're out - sorry. I ended up receiving all the hooks I ordered and an extra box or two. Hard to beat that.
