I ran two guys on a sandbass hybrid trip this afternoon. We found a monster school of fish mid lake in 18ft of water. The school of fish was huge! My graph showed fish from 5ft down all the way to the bottom. This school was probably 100 yards long and 50 yards wide. It took us about two hours and my group limited on that school. It doesn't always happen like that but today it did.
Jason and I both have a few openings next week if you wanna try your luck.

Was it surface action or fishing on the bottom?

We were trolling out there Thursday and caught some good ones. We could see them hitting the top of the water every once in awhile but they were hitting the lures deeper. We were doing good til a skier came through. We were off the ramp at Caney Cove

Trolling, slabbin, or live bait. It really doesn't matter as long as you are putting fish in the livewell! grin
