I'm a avid bass fisherman so I have no clue wut I should should be doin here at fort Walton beach. Can I just throw little grubs/ jig head of the beach and catch. Something? If so wut would I probly catch?

Yes, bass fishing gear and lures work just fine in saltwater.

Don't know what fish are down there but I imagine you can catch just about anything in the surf down there with jig and plastic grubs. Trout, blues, ladyfish, jacks, mackeral, redfish, etc.

Those, bass assassins, spinner baits with swimbait tails(more of a backwater thing). Or grab a DOA or gulp shrimp and rig under a popping cork.
