And now with all the rain coming down there that area is only going to flood worse.

The damage in Monterrey is pretty impressive. It is going to take a while to get it back to normal. I just heard this morning that the highway from Laredo to Monterrey is now shut down. Rail service has been out all week and will be for a while.
