I fish out out Cedar Creek often and do very well with sandies and hybrids but I would like to try my luck with some of the famous "big blues". If any one has advice they could share, on baits and areas, I would greatly appreciate.

I fished out there over the 4th and found the sandi/hybrid situation difficult during the day but caught hybrids of 19.5 and a 23 inch bruiser at night under the dock lights around Penacle Point.
