This is the biggest of the eight I caught today. Very fun fish to catch.. It fought like a champ! Went from feeling like a log, to folding my 6'6 pole and tearing line from the reel! Got her about half way in when she wrapped into some thick grass, and I had to wait for her to come back out before I could continue fighting!
mmmm fish!

Do not know. I don't have a scale or measuring tape. Might invest in one next trip to cabelas when I remember to bring more money.

Congrats!
God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know when to go fishing.

Men are like fish...If we'd learn to keep our mouth shut, we'd stay out of trouble.

Cabelas????
you should go see Jacky at Fish Finders in Round Rock, it is kinda hard to find but is worth it, great tackle shop,
just in case you want to know were it is this is the best i can explain it, take exit 254 off of I35, if you are heading north there will be a Rudy's BBQ on your left, when you get to the top of the exit ramp take a left, you will go beside Rudy's(it will be on your right), as soon as you pass Rudy's there will be an intersection, take a left at it, that is Industrial rd, you go down it probably 1/4 of a mile and you will see a high fenced area with cars in it, there is a metal building behind it, and Fish Finders is the last door of the building
and congrats on the catch
