Heading to Fork friday to fish all night until early saturday morning then headed back to big D to rest up, and then my buddy I are going to fish saturday night also just can't decide on a lake, so far we are debating on waxahachie, alvarado, joe pool etc. what would be your choice?

Cedar Creek and Athens are both good night fishing lakes.

Forget fishing any lakes around Dallas, you just need to find that pond that has 12 pounders in it like these guys.

I think they called it a "magic" pond where every four pounder turned into twelves. and the stars were twinkling, and the moon was bright. Cricketts were chirping.........

hahahaha that thread is hilarious, always do crappy on cedar creek but always wear them out on athens but I have never fished athens at night that may be a good option
