lets go to the cliffs and get drunk and catch some Buffs hehe Sorry Stephen but I must protest that statement. Public intoxication can and will get you arrested. Nothing wrong with responsible drinking though. I do enjoy beer while fishing but I enjoy it responsibly. Of course, this is exactly why I'm not part of team Jackarss!

have not gotten drunk in over 15 years, but yes drinking and fishing are a great combination in moderation (beer that is) lol

Yeah love that. Basically if you are being a jerk they can arrest you. But you are allowed to drink. When in doubt remember there is a legal guideline of "drunk" based on your BAC. I personally have beaten drunk and disorderly a couple of times by immediately asking for a breathalyzer when arrested, normally when they see the BAC they leave me alone. Its not illegal to be a jerk, but it is illegal to be a drunk jerk.

Sign says one thing, law says another. Why is the sign still up? Pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Nothing wrong with drinkin' n fishin' if you plan on staying the night.Hopefully people will keep that in mind unless they allow enough time to sober up after having a drink and not getting drunk.
