We have a Lowrance X 51 depth finder on my dads boat and need some help fine tuning this thinf. I am not real familiar with the sensitivity and grayline settings. Any help will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I have the same unit and I jacked my picture all up by playing around with it too much. I have no clue what I'm doing, haha. I just reset it to default and it was 10 times better than "my settings". I'm interested too in learning how to tweak this graph.

I have an X 51 on the bow. I leave it on factory
settings except sensitivity. Scroll to sensitivity
and leave it displayed on your graph. Works best
for me at 85%. If less than 15' drop it to 70%.
I always leave the sensitivity displayed so I can
adjust as needed. Scroll up or down. Too much
will give you false readings. Too little, you
will miss a lot. Hope this helps.
