I'm a first time poster. i have fished somerville for 10 years but only the main lkae and spillway. i have heard great things about the early creek runs. can anyone give me a little help on lcations?

FROM GIDDINGS
FROM 290, TAKE 141 NORTH FOR ABOUT 12 MILES.
TURN RIGHT ON 1697 AND GO ABOUT 2 MILES.
TAKE 125 WHICH ANGLES TO THE LEFT. LOOK FOR
140(1-2 MILES)TO THE LEFT. AS SOON AS YOU TURN, YOU WILL SEE A SIGN FOR NEWMANS BOTTOM. THE SIGN WILL ALSO TELL YOU IF THE GATE IS OPEN OR CLOSED. 140 DEAD ENDS AT NB. IF THE GATE IS CLOSED YOU WILL HAVE A MILE
WALK TO THE RIVER.
THE PLACE IS TOOOOOOOOO CROWDED ON THE WEEK-END.
