Okay, Someone please tell me what a beeping warning horn means on my 96 Marinar 150 EFI. Water pressure gauge showed 5-7 PSI plus I was just idling about 1500 rpm so I don't think it was in an overheat condition so what is it. Thanks

1995 and 96 EFIs were bad about stripping the oil drive gear on the crank,or it could be water in the water seperator filter,I would have the drive gear checked for sure on the crank.

Intermittent beeping is the oil warning: low oil in main tank, dirty screen in main oil tank, motor mounted oil tank sendor bad, broken hose on pressure feed or oil supply between main oil tank and motor connections and oil pump drive gear stripped.

Check the water sep. filter first. It only takes about 2-3 oz. of water to make it come on.
