Looking to tow the 22' pontoon down to lake LBJ from Dallas here at the end of July. I badly need to replace the bunks and have done this before, just very time consuming so wondering if there are relatively in-expensive pre-carpeted bunks around for sale.

The pre carpeted bunks are usually too short, like 4-5 ft. Go to Magill's Propeller and Welding in Lewisville and have them do it for you. Good people, price, and turnaround.

When i looked they were something like 60-80 bucks a pop. Depending on how many you need that counts up pretty quick. Just take a few measurements and pre make them at home and switch em out next time you go to the lake. If you have all your stuff together shouldn't take but about ten minutes at the ramp.

Yeah, I replaced all the bunks on my previous trailer and the install did not take long, just re-carpeting all the bunks plus the way these are mounted, they have recessed head bolts into the bunks so will take a little longer to get those drilled out properly.
