Yes
NMEA 2000 "linking" will allow you to share waypoints and other items on the network such as GPS antennas.
Ethernet "linking" will allow you to share the sonar images between the two....excluding structurescan if you have that installed.

They can be linked, but limited to what you can do. HDS units at both places can share info.
