Started out seeing Mark and Bob at the dock getting ready to got out. Mike and I went straight out and found surfacing fish but they didn't stay up long. Fishing was pretty tough for us through mid-morning but we kept picking up fish here and there. We worked our way from Oak Cove to the Windsock and all spots between. We ended up with 89 on the clicker...don't get to excited..that was a total count. Only thing that I can say is that we had 11 Sand Bass and I know we caught more Hybrids than that. It was about two in the afternoon as we were working our way back north went checked one last spot and started picking up a few fish and caught the most Hybrids there. We were laughing at all the yellow bass we caught. It was so funny I could fish on the port side and catch yellow bass and fish the starboard and catch gaspergoo. Hey but with a Hybrid in there once in a while I stand a lot of that. LOL!! Fish were caught chartreuse and silver rattle traps, TNT white and Chartreuse 180's 1.5 oz. and TNT"s Mark Parker RC Specials. All the Hybrids ( 2 were legal) were released and Mike kept 11 Sand Bass for the grease. Had a great time Mike!...as usual!! Here a few pics of the trip.
Mike with the one Gaspergoo he caught...I caught a bunch of them..Hey I didn't want him to feel deprived..

Mike fighting a Hybrid. cheers

Here's one of Mike's Hybrids. thumb

A short Hybrid..

Look familiar? If I had a dollar for every one of these we caught it would have paid for the trip.LOL!!
