Been in Wichita Falls visiting my kids and today the wind finally let me get on Lake Kickapoo. My buddy had put out some brushpiles a couple of weeks ago and the fish were there. I now know why they call their annual bikeathon the HotternHell. It's HOT in Wichita Falls!

Wow whatta mess!!!! I have never been to kickapoo but it sure looks like I need a tube or something and get out there.

I have been spending most my time at arrowhead.

I really like your rig

That's one nice stringer of crappie and I love that rig Tony. I'm looking forward to having me one just like it.

Very nice stringer there Tony. That little rig looks like it will haul A with that big ole outboard on it. Congrats on your catch!

Roger, My first time there was earlier this year and it was catching water. It was like chocolate milk! I was able to unload in a small cove that wasn't too bad, but the lake was fairly murky, compared to Miller Creek, not bad compared to JBT. Wierd thing is the fish were nearly snow white when I caught them, then darkened some....I guess from floating on the stringer. Surprised that there are as many docks on the lake. It appears to be full, I want to try shooting some of them next time.
