Hi all........fishing the Wounded Warrior benefit tournament this week on Belton. Due to work have not had time to do any pre-fishing other than yesterday which was not a zero day but pretty close...I was unable to put anything resembling a pattern together.

At any rate....I'll be fishing with a WW and would like to be able for him / her to have a great time and maybe boat a few fish.

Don't expect or want any secrets just some general thoughts / advice.

I'd appreciate any help very much.

Just fish.Belton is easy.If they're biting you'll catch a lot of them.If the bite is off it'll be long day. If you want to win ,run from BLORA up river to the pump station on the left.Sit in shallow and cast deep with c/t rigs. If you want to catch a lot and not worry about the size, then tie on a shakey head and fish deep rocky drops.
