On water at 0600 end 1130. first went down S. fish already surfacing but most are 10" or under, JV was there and lots more TFF there too, fish are move very pass - as soon all angler get close to them they move, so went to E. Size not must there, Up to Yankee to do some Crappie fishing, get couple crappie , See JV just stop to the Yankee point then there are about 4 to 5 other boat just behind him hammer ... Do not follow The Yellow Sea-Pro rolfmao, About 0900 went to RB see boat show. but look like small fish * that boat show just 150 Yard from Math's Hump so I stop just on top of that hump in 25' the sandies are stack up down there with good size, all by myself 30min later other fisherman come joint, limit out at 11:30

Took my dad out today, found out my display on my 998si wasnt working. We hit a few spots, flying blind of course. Saw a boat show and jumped in. Met TallBaldGuy and followed him for most of the rest of the day, so BIG thanks to him. Ended catching 12 for the trip.

Not as good as I excepted it to be. Started at red barn at 7am first drop I hooked up on something BIG, just as I got to see some color bam fish off mad, I think it was a big blue cat the way it fought. Thought for sure some surfacing action would present itself, but nothing. Saw the boat show at the humps, but did not want to squeeze in, ran around the east to find nothing. We ended up fishing some rocks for cats and picked 6 nice ones for dinner before it got too hot. We got checked by the Game Warden for the first time, nice to know he is keeping people honest and safe.

getrdone,

I started at the Red Barn as well and ended up with nothing. They were stacked in there pretty good in spots. I just knew they were going to blow up at some point but nothing. Went south, nothing. Decided to go east and saw the fish on top with a couple of boats on em. I shut the big motor off about 200 yds away and was using my trolling motor to get over there. That's when about 10 boats decided to crank up and run over there. Needless to say, they went down and I didn't ever see them come back up. From there we decided to search the east bank. But never really marked anything worth stopping for. Found fish south of a Robertson Park boat show but just couldn't close the deal. went over to the peanut and got checked by the Game Warden. Nice guy! Left at 11:30. Had a good time with my stepdad, dad, son, and his buddy. We ended up loading the boats and drowning our fishing failures with some brewskys at the Flying Saucer.

Mihn,

That group of three boats you saw heading towards JV at Yankee Creek was me and my group. They were actually following me. I wasn't intentionally following him but it sure did seem like it. I told my stepdad "I bet John thinks we are following him." We were actually just following the East bank and looking for fish. I tried to stay away from him though since he had clients in the boat with him. But I would never do anything intentionally to disrupt John or anyone else.

I did see one guy at the boat ramp that said he wore the hybrids out on live bait. Said he lost count on how many he caught but said he caught some big ones.
