Would be hard to say....could be whites/stripers/gar...
Not sure what all species you have RR.
I have gotten into some really big schools of gar I could have sworn were stripers.

Rudy ,you think the bigger arches suspended above the herd are blacks?
thanks guys, we were after blacks so we werent targeting sandies. they were schooling everywhere yesterday, so I thought that may be what these were.
we dont fish ray bob much. first time in 2-3 years.

SAND BASS , SPOON DEAD STICK Is there a lot of sandies on Ray Bob? that is what it looks like that all there is in this lake,sandies and more sandies all about 8in long

I guestimate more than 3 million sandbass in that lake. ...more like 3 billion ...you can catch them unintentionally out there right now in the morning just because your baits cannot fall trough them fast enough...i cought one on a carolina rig last week right after it hit the water

I bet I can tell you where that was? I saw the exact same thing and could not touch them. Can you see the Dam with ease from that spot?

I bet I can tell you where that was? I saw the exact same thing and could not touch them. Can you see the Dam with ease from that spot? no actually this was on a secondary point in a cove on the west arm.
