Nothing like taking 2-3 footers over your bow while catching a few fish. Managed RH in 20+ as long as I couls take it. Saw some birds working right off the bat caught one. Drifted about 50 yards in a few secinds and went back and did it again. Not many keepers (all were let go) and several dinks. After 2 real good ones over the front it was time to go! Safely back (a little wet) Still fun.. I'll try again next week.

What lake?? Heck, if they are coming 2-3' over the bow on my boat, that might even qualify as a rough day up here on Texoma.

That would be just a tad bit rough!! Although we were out at the Jetties at Port O Connor in 8 footers!! I had hooked up with a bull red and fought it for about a half hour but the waves were getting worse--they started rolling and when we tryed to follow the fish in the little 17ft boat we quickly decided to tuck tail and run after we took a few over the bow-unfortunately I had to break off my fish:( Better than being stuck with the sharks though:D Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that the boat died while we were broadside to the next wave!! Fun stuff!!
