Nothing like taking 2-3 footers over your bow while catching a few fish. Managed RH in 20+ as long as I couls take it. Saw some birds working right off the bat caught one. Drifted about 50 yards in a few secinds and went back and did it again. Not many keepers (all were let go) and several dinks. After 2 real eek good ones over the front it was time to go! Safely back (a little wet) cool Still fun.. I'll try again next week.

What lake?? Heck, if they are coming 2-3' over the bow on my boat, that might even qualify as a rough day up here on Texoma. laugh laugh

That would be just a tad bit rough!! Although we were out at the Jetties at Port O Connor in 8 footers!! I had hooked up with a bull red and fought it for about a half hour but the waves were getting worse--they started rolling and when we tryed to follow the fish in the little 17ft boat we quickly decided to tuck tail and run after we took a few over the bow-unfortunately I had to break off my fish:( Better than being stuck with the sharks though:D Oh yeah and I forgot to mention that the boat died while we were broadside to the next wave!! Fun stuff!!
