Does anyone have a phone number for Lei-extras. I want to check on an order status and only find email address on their site. I would like to call rather than wait a few more days for an email response.

Thanks

I think it is the same as Lowrance customer service.

I had an issue with an order taking forever ot be processed and sent, and when I sent them an email (at 7 or 8pm one night) I got an immediate response that my order had been shipped. This was ~7 days after I placed it, and the package showed up 2 days later. Anyways, what I'm trying to say is you might send them an email while looking for the phone number, it might help.

I sent an email to LEI. Also sent one to louis.chemi@navico.com. He is suppose to be head of Customer Service for Lowrance. Since LEI is owned by Lowrance thought I would contact him. When Lowrance had the issues with Linda Colt several months ago, Louis was trying to assure everyone about the improvements that would be made in customer service. I called Lowrance and seems like you are no longer able to contact LEI by phone. That does not sound like any type of improvement in customer service to me.

Thanks, I had already tried the 800 number. That is where I found out that apparently LEI no longer accepts phone calls. Guess I will just have to wait for email response.

Correct LEI is currently not accepting calls. I ordered a part from them and I was getting timely responses through email. That being said, It took 1.5 or 2 weeks for my order to finally ship to me.

Not accepting calls?? How the hell does a service company not accept phone calls??

And you wonder why the parent company is having so much trouble. Customer Service has gone to SH*$ now adays and its going to come back to the companys that dont take care of their buisness.

Not accepting calls?!?!?!? What the $%#@ is that all about? I've given those people a lot of my money.

It has become more and more apparent to me that companies DON'T want to talk to people. They wany you to e-mail them if you have a question and if you need a product, they want you to order online. I hate those stupid FAQ lists that never answer the question you have!
