Thinking about heading to Tawakoni this weekend. I had great success with the HellPet last year but that was during the hot weather. Will I find them on the same humps I did in the summer or is it too early for that.

I saw that Billy is not using the HellPet yet is his reports so maybe its just too early.

TexasJohn, way to early for that methode...I would use sassyshad and slabs, reel real slow.......check points and riprap....

YOU COULD GET A FEW, BUT NOT LIKE THE SUMMER OR WATER OVER SAY 75 DEGREES LIKE VARNER SAYS. STICK TO METHODS HE MENTIONED RIGHT NOW. MAYBE MID MAY PULL THE HBPS OUT AND GIVE IT A SHOT TO LOCATE FISH.
