I normally sprinkle some Lowery's seasoning on them, flower, and fry in skillet.

Egg wash, seasoned flour and hot grease work for me. Some folks boil them for a while to tenderize and then fry. I like the chewiness.

i like to either fry or grill mine, season it with whatever you like, add some baking soda, let it set for a day or two... nice and tinder

I like to parboil or pressure cook them prior to frying..it makes them a little more tender.

try boiling them in Dr.Pepper first then fry...yum!!!!!

There is a small place in Wichita Falls that deep fries gizzards and livers and they will ask if you want them dipped. They will dip them in pickled jalapeno juice.
