It is interesting to me that Grown men will risk life and limb and also crank boats and run full speed into a group of boats and all that just to catch 10inch sandbass!

Lewisville yesterday as you know was windy! and the there where some schools of Sand bass coming up here and there and I stayed away from the boat shows in the middle of the lake except at the end! I saw some amazing stuff and these where grown men~ There where some guides with customers using trolling motor and these two bow riders for the entire time
crank up and run right in the middle of 6 or 7 center consoles and cast once catch a fish and then wait come up again crank up run off same thing!
people say there are pleanty of fish in LL MY feelings are not only is this the most dangerous lake in the Texas it is clearly the home of some of the biggest idiots that fish in Texas. The game warden needs to be out more and enforce distnace and safety from people like what I say and I was not there but at the end a Guide said it had been going on all morning!

Anyway Crack heads know no better

it's the crapy days that make the good days that much better!!!

A few nuts on Hubbard and CC with the run and gun attitude!

Periodically we get lucky with some Dum A*S*S population control with Failure to Maneuver around Bridge pylons , Logs, Docks and Dead Head avoidance Boater safety class course failure. A good reason why we need mandatory TX boater ed course without exception young and old!
I hate rules as much as the next guy but if it educates a few Dum A*S* and Jet Ski jerks I am all in!

Then we just have to rely on the occasional Golden BeBe log to take out the few who slip through the cracks instead of hitting another boat and killing good people.

not to cause a argument but i dont think boater education would help on the lakes. With so many people the drink while boating and also fishing causes a lot of the problems. Also to drive a car down the road you need the same thing basically and driving the roads you can tell it hasnt helped a lot of the people driving cars everyday. I do believe every boater or jetskier should take a course on how to drive a boat or jet ski the right way and pass driving on the water before they are allowed to operate what they have. Including the launching and driving it back on the trailer. IMO.

Only been courtesy for me on Cedar Creek in nearly a year besides for ignorant pleasure boaters, not that they all are... Some just don't know better. Not to change the subject. They have just been giving me trouble!

I've never had any problems with jet skiers, pleasure boaters or other fisherman, until I got on the water.

Just a boat ride on Lake Granbury on a saterday will make you never want to go back. I was going 50 mph in my skeeter and had a pontoon boat with a 25 hp johnson cut me off and I nearly hit him. Some people just do not think. Granbury is a narrow lake and I will never take my Skeeter back there.
