Anybody do any good out there today? Terrible for me. Did well last weekend but I didn't do anything today and honestly never saw anyone catch anything but catfish the whole time we were there. I packed up and left at noon. Anybody catch 'em? If so what where you doing?

About how many boats on the lake, any idea?

It was slowwww!!! We caught 10 with the two biggest around 6# we had a bunch bite and and a few I set the hook felt the fish then nothing like the hook didn't go through! Had some follow a spinner bait but no takers ! Our came off the transition on creek channel going back but to catfish next Friday . See y'all for bass in the winter time out there! Oh yeah and my partner caught about a 40 pound soft shell turtle it was huge!!

Fishing was HOT yesterday! Only caught a couple...real slow. But it was HOT! 90F all the way up to the river.

Went there today and only caught one bass around 4lbs off a white spinner bait. Luckily we also brought some stink bait as a back up plan and caught 45 catfish. We hit the creek across the stone building where the water was 84 degrees and threw everything but dynamite at the bass but no luck. If ur looking for a fish fry then fish for catfish. They are as abundant as call girls on Harry Hines blvd.

I've been getting there between 4:30 and 5:00 and have been in the first 10, the line starts backing up around 6:00

100 boats and it's $30.00 per boat no limit on the number of people in the boat.

$20 if your a resident of the county

also must pre-register the monday before they weekend.
Fri Sat Sun only days they allow fishing.

Went today and was 3rd in line after showing up a bit after 5:00.

Had a fun day out there. Biggest fish was right at 5 pounds but we did not load the boat.

Spent some time fishing and some time driving around exploring.

Folks at the gate and in line were great.

Cool lake but I agree with what Chris said in a previous thread, I wont head out there again until it cools down a little.

If you'll recall the recent previous Squaw Creek posts, folks were catching 100's a day, some catching 100 in a few hours.

Obviously all of those folks catching all those fish already caught all the fish...

was out the yesterday as well real slow day and way to windy couldnt even get the boat to any of the places we wanted to go and couldnt keep it in one spot caught about 6 or so with the biggest going around 6# hopefully better lick next weekend
