 Went with Progressive boat insurance

I sent Bob a PM and email. He called back I was in a meeting. I called back he was out. Someone from Bob's office called I had some questions. I guess he thought they were stupid questions because I never got a call back. So I did not want to bother them with stupid questions. I called my car/home insurance guy and he hooked me up with progressive you know what they answered every question and they called me back to make sure I got what I needed.
This may have been a onetime thing but it happened.

Sorry to hear that. He has been super busy... I was able to get insured within a week. I didn't have a ton of questions only because he was so thorough with our initial consult.

I have been with Progressive for 9 years switched from State Farm which I had been with for 15 years. Got much better rate.

Bob got me insured with progressive with the policy I wanted instead of what Progressive offered.
