Well I bought a windshield off eBay.. Should have gone with the one from C and O Marine..But anyway, its a little too wide at the front two holes. .Any way to pull these sides in about a 1" to 1 1/2".. Its some kind of plastic/poly...

you may be able to put it out in direct sunlight and let it get really warm hook the sides together with cable ties and draw it in a fraction at a time then let it warm up again and keep repeating the process and then let it set for some time after you reach your goal it may set that way

Thanks, that was kinda my "plan" except I was going to use a rachet tie down strap , to pull it in, and was wondering about the set time..hate to wait several days, then take the strap off and it springs right back out..or someday on the hot lake and it springs out into the lake.. I email the company that sent it, and of course, I have not heard from them..

Have you thought of putting some trim between the windshield and the fiberglass?
Another possibility might be to take some hard rubber hose and cut some washers to fit between the fiberglass and the windshield.
That is if its cosmetically correct. The only thing I can think of that might go bad with bending the windshield is it may break or bend at a place you don't want it to.

Thanks David..I did think about the "spacer" deal and the looks would not be that bad, but I though if the heating thing would STAY, it might be better.

You could put rubber weatherstripping all the way around the bottom side and it would most likely do the trick.
