You sure can't pick your day in this line of work,but Monday was a good one.
not a lot of Hybrids cought but the big whites were all wound up.

Bob, how's the water traffic during the week?

I can answer that one...Today we saw maybe 9 boats.....and the fishing was hot hot hot....I bet we had almost three limits in an hour on top and under birds....most 13 to 15 inch fish, with lots of 16 inchers in the box.....

Had 6 small hybrids, no big ones, but still fun.

We ended with our 75, but played catch and release for quite a while, only taking the bigger ones to get us out of the 60's to 75....

I knew it was going to be good when on my first cast into 2 feet of water, I hooked two nice sandies on my rattletrap.......so we started great......and ended great.

Good to visit with Bob too!

we stayed out from when i talked to you last sat. morning until 5:30p . call me stupid but it payed off big . ended up with a catch of about 80 whites and a 8,6, and 5 lbs hybrids (all fish released) . the whites on slabs and the hybrids were tricked with soft plastics. i wondered if you did any good , we had to change our game plan and fish deep water humps. good seein' ya bob.

My pontoon is waiting for you as soon as you sell your boat and become a bit more desperate.

Thanks for fishing with us on Tuesday. I know Wayne appreciated you doing troll motor duties. It was an almost impossible trip to believe and some of the best top water action that I have seen on RC this year. It was even better than Wayne and my trip on Monday which was as good as anyone would wish for.

I know your customers really enjoyed he trip on Monday. Why wouldn't they, a fish on almost each cast. We were in the same area and it was non stop action for both boats for an hour. If anyone is interested in catching fish and having a good time doing it, schedule a trip with Bob Holmes. I have know Bob for several years and know what he can do when it comes to guiding, YOU CATCH FISH. He is a great guy and fun to fish with.

Doyle, i sure enjoyed it and the topwater action was in the top three for me at RC. You know about the other two trips... Thanks for the fish, one more trip like that and I will have enough for the church fish fry at the end of this month. This will be the third year I have supplied the fish for the fish fry and the crowd will be bigger then the previous two years.
