A big thank you to Charlie Haralson(Falcon Guide) for putting me and my friends on the hawgs!Our big 5 weighed 47lbs!!!!! Dr. Gary Schwarz had a personal best at 10-5lbs; Dr.Corbet Locke had a personal best at 9lbs.My big fish for the day was 9-6 and Charlies was 10-4.We boated 80+ bass!!!This is crazy.
We started shallow w senkos,ochos,spinners,and Pop-Rs catching several fish up to 5 lbs.One bass got my favorite PopR.Next w moved deeper in 25-30 ft,caught several including my 9-6 on 1oz football jigs,large senkos.By afternoon it was calm,hot and slick;text book Falcon fishing.Then it happened,all hell broke lose as we began to catch 5 to 10+ lb fish. Thanks Charlie
