Its about that time!! Who all will be on Texas Hunting Forum.com ?? If so do you use the same name? I'm realy in to bowhunting for deer ,hog,Turkey and do some duck hunting.

Yep the name is the same, I will be visiting quite often, even though my hunting land opportunities has lessened this year.probably will have to day lease mostly. I you need some help with the piggy's I love to shoot them with my Crossbow.

Ill be there, hog forum mostly. Good info on the duck forum but clearly nobody is as corthcoming with info like the fishing forum.

Same name but I'm on texasbowhunter.com forum. I primarily consider myself a bowhunter, just fish to fill the time between january and september.

OH, we give info on how many and what kind....I will tell you I hunt private...LOL..water...but can you imagine if somebody posted where they were shooting ducks?

Same name. I mainly bowhunt west of here. Deer, hogs, turkey. See you there-THF. I have fished mainly Hubbard this year to save fuel for hunting trips.

You better believe I love to hunt dove, Deer and Hogs. Also Coyotes and such.
Im on the hunting Forum too! Did not come from a huntign family had to pick it up myself, and have went as oft as possible over last 30 years!
However as we all know lease fees are climbing and since our groups lease was sold 2 years ago Im back to holding with the publiclands and a aPH.
Thtas a hard way to go but I try still.
Had it not been for an aquaintance invite to rossevelt TX two yearsago, Id be 0 for 2 since loosing the lease. Its not the public lands themselves but the amount of people,some not very woods wise either,that tromp all over the palce. Saftey and comomon courtesy are missing on these palces for most part.
I miss the lease and as such Im thinng day hunts or invites will be the main approach from now on. I still get my super combo every year and wil lget the APH thoguhso I can go to a few places nearby on some day trips, like Aquillia.
