I learned to use plastic Folgers coffee cans too (learned this from my dad, lwjustfishin). They're awesome. I have a deep chest freezer and the stacking capacity is excellent. Add to that they can be reused time and time again.

My sole complaint is that they thaw out pretty slowly, and storing them when they DONT have fish in them can be challenging.

Mine usually hold ground up pig meat in the wintertime, and some variety of fish in the summer. I've got about 20 cans-worth in use this way at present.
