I am currently looking into buying a new reel as some of my equipment is on its last legs. I am on a tight budget and am looking for a good all around reel for under $70. I primarily throw soft plastics, but am looking to expand my repertoire. Any suggestions?

Academy H2O Mettle in this situation. Love it for Texas and Carolina Rig Worm fishing... Good for topwater also!

i can vouch for the mettles...been using them exclusively for over a year now without any problems. left one at my partners house and he said he was impressed. he uses revos. the last time we fished together at our company tournament, i was outcasting him all day with yellow magics and weightless texas rigs....
