Got one small hit on a Bass Assasin, but that's it. Threw several different plastics and a spinnerbait. Nada!!!

A dad and his two sons just down the way from me were catching a bunch of cats. I saw them catch 3 or 4 right in a row on the figure 8 pond.

Oh ya, and I saw one snake....

BIG ED IS RIGHT. THERES BASS THERE, YOU JUST HAVE TO "FISHM" OUT. LOTS OF PRESSURE AND I THINK THEYVE SEEN EVERY LURE MADE SO FISH SLOW AND STEADY.

My dad caught a 5 lb bass in the pond with the dock. I don't go there anymore though.

There are a lot of big bass in those ponds. I have caught several over 6 lbs and one over 7lbs. I have seen a couple that were pushing 9lbs. Like its been said before, those fish have seen everything in the book thrown at them. Finnesse tacktics are best. There is a lot of foot traffic around the bank too that pushes those fish deeper most times. Dont give up on those ponds.
